DAVID BOSTIC obituary

MINOT, N.D. - David George Bostic, 54, of Minot, N.D., died Monday, Oct. 27, 2003, of an aneurysm.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Alfred Ebel officiating. Dave's wish was to have his body donated to science and that has been honored.

Dave was born on June 2, 1949, in Wallace, Idaho, to Harold and Adrienne Bostic. He grew up and was educated in Havre. He played for the Blue Ponies and sang in Hi-Liters for Betty Lou Berland. He was also active in Boy Scouts.

Dave had worked for Halliburton Services and Vita-Rich Dairy and was a federal grain inspector in North Dakota.

Dave was preceded in death by his father, Harold Jack Bostic.

Survivors include his wife, Danielle (Canon) Bostic of Minot; son, Allen of Minot; mother-in-law, Nema Canon of Minot; mother, Adrienne Bostic of Havre; sister, Pamela (Roger) Loe of Havre; brother, Greg F. Bostic of Havre; nephews, Gerrad (Fuzzy) Bostic of Havre, Nicholas Bostic of Bozeman and Ryan Loe of Great Falls; niece, Amy Loe of Great Falls; uncle and aunt, Forrest and Linda Burton of Portland, Ore., and cousin, Karen Schelert of Portland, Ore.
