Farmers Union Kamp for Kids set for June

The group that used to organize a major summer camp in Hill County has stepped back into the picture, and organizers are looking for up to 50 children who want to spend a week in the Bear Paw Mountains in the 2103 Farmers Union Kamp for Kids.

Organizer Ursula Brese said the Hill County Farmers Union board has signed on as a major sponsor for the camp, along with Sheila Forshee’s Forshee Agency.

Brese and Forshee organized the camp last summer, held at Camp Kiwanis in Beaver Creek Park, after Farmers Union canceled the decades-old camp it had held in Hill County.
