Havre Police Department

Officers responded to a request for assistance made at 10:43 a.m. Wednesday from a 16th Street location in which the caller said a person was violating a protection order. Officers made an arrest, but no details were available.

Officers responding to a report at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday that a man was breaking into the house of the caller’s neighbor arrested a 33-year-old Havre man on charges of criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct.

An officer making a motor vehicle stop at 11:47 p.m. Wednesday on 10th Street arrested a 52-year-old Kalispell man on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

After a caller from a 10th Street West location at 10:26 a.m. Thursday requested help removing someone from an apartment. officers arrested a 20-year-old Box Elder man on charges of criminal trespass to property and criminal contempt.

A deputy assisting Rocky Boy Police Department in extraditing a man arrested the 32-year-old Box Elder man on a state district court warrant

Havre Fire Department

Havre firefighters responded to five medical calls Wednesday, a medical call Thursday and a medical call at 5:50 this morning. They also responded to an alarm where a cooking hamburger set off a smoke alarm, with no damage or injuries, at 7:29 p.m. Wednesday and a report of a lightning strike, which they could not find, at 4:41 this morning.
