Lindsey Marie Casebolt, 27, of Havre was arrested on a violation of conditions of release after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:05 a.m. Thursday at the police station.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of careless driving after officers responded to a 12:12 p.m. Thursday call from 1st Street West about kids in a white Chevrolet truck spinning broadies in an empty lot.

Officers investigated a vehicular hit and run after receiving a 12:55 p.m. Thursday call from 3rd Street.

Officers investigated a 1:16 p.m. Thursday call from 5th Street about the theft of fencing material.

Officers investigated a 3:26 p.m. Thursday call from 14th Street and 5th Avenue about a two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle crash between a green car and white pickup.

Officers investigated a 9:08 p.m. Thursday call from 10th Avenue about someone trying to kick in the door of the calling party’s rental property.

David Taylor Eagleman, 55, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 9:26 p.m. Thursday call from 2nd Street about an intoxicated man lying in the boulevard.

Julian Jones, 19, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and Marlin Keith Jones, 47, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after officers responded to an 11:31 p.m. Thursday call from 11th Street about a domestic dispute.

Jordan Cole Hofland, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after deputies responded to a 12:43 a.m. call this morning from 17th Street West about the calling party being able to hear people fighting and then made a motor vehicle stop at 1:14 a.m. this morning on Washington Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 6:49 p.m. Thursday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a man and woman who reported they had been kidnapped and beaten, placed in a trunk of a car and tied up. After they were beaten, they were dropped off on a county road and then transported to the hospital.

Officers investigated a 7:06 p.m. Thursday call from 7th Street North about an emblem stolen of a restored 1979 Jeep.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday and one this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 800 Block of 3rd Avenue at 5:49 p.m. Thursday to address a call made by someone who saw smoke coming out of the chimney of a house. The people living there were using the chimney.
