Blue Pony girls shine in the water

It may have been only the second week of the season, but the Havre High swim teams showed they are in good form — especially the Blue Pony girls.

Havre was in Great Falls this weekend for a pair of meets. And Friday, the HHS girls had one of their best showings in years. At the Great Falls PreRelay Meet Friday at the GFH Pool, the Pony girls swam to a second-place finish. HHS scored 276 points in a meet which featured champion CMR, as well as GFH, Whitefish, Hardin and Columbia Falls. The Havre boys were fifth in the meet with 124 points.
