David Perez, 40, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving without a driver’s license and failure to produce proof of insurance after a caller near the 11th Street area made a complaint Saturday at 12:59 a.m.

Alejandro Richard Plascencia, 41, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and a Justice or City court warrant after a Smithville Road caller said Saturday at 10:25 a.m. that she wanted her husband removed.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a 5th Avenue business reported Saturday at 2:06 p.m. that someone had their luggage stolen out of their vehicle.

Thomas Mathew Dess, 60, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct after a caller from 12th Avenue and 2nd Street reported Saturday at 6:52 p.m. that a man was urinating on the sidewalk.

Nicole Lynn Brown, 30, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a revocation of a suspended or deferred sentence Saturday at 8:13 p.m. at Pepin Park.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a 2nd Street caller reported Saturday at 10:02 p.m. that her neighbor backed into her parked car.

Terry Lynn Adamson, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of conditions release and "other" after a caller at a 1st Street establishment reported there was a man on District Court conditions there.

Officers issued a summons after a 13th Street West caller made a complaint Sunday at 12:01 a.m. No further information was provided in the dispatch log.

Two men were arrested after a 9th Avenue Northwest caller reported Sunday at 1:25 a.m. that two men were carrying a woman. Gary Clayton Standingchief Jr., 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of violating probation and obstructing a peace officer and Joseph Allen Stump, 27, of Havre was arrested on a probation violation.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported Sunday at 3:06 p.m. that “males kicked in his door and they came inside.”

Timothy Koop Jr., 28, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Sunday at 3:10 p.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash at 3rd Avenue and 2nd Street after a caller reported the crash between a Dodge Durango and a Cadillac Sunday at 3:58 p.m.

Jenal Lee Walker, 38, of Montana was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and violating parole Sunday at 5:56 p.m. on 4th Street.

Emergency medical crews responded to three calls Friday, four calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and one Monday.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 7:09 p.m. on the 1000 Block of Wilson Avenue. Someone in the residence burned some food and set off the smoke alarm. No further action was necessary.

Fire crews responded to a fire call Monday at 8:13 a.m. at the 1200 Block of Cleveland Avenue after someone pulled the alarm there. No further action was necessary.

A girl was born Friday, May 27, 2016, to Wesley and Kristmas KillEagle of Dodson.

A boy was born Sunday, May 29, 2016, to Drake and MacKenzie Zubatch of Havre.
