3. Resolution No. 3761 – (First Reading) A Resolution Levying and Assessing a Tax to Defray the Cost of Maintaining Street Lights for the City of Havre, Montana for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018.

4. Resolution No. 3762 – (First Reading) A Resolution Levying and Assessing a Tax on Property Within the City Limits to Defray the Cost of Bull Hook Maintenance for the City of Havre, Montana for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018.

5. Resolution No. 3763 – (First Reading) A Resolution Levying and Assessing a Tax on Property Within the City Limits to Defray the Cost of Maintaining Streets for the City of Havre, Montana for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018.

6. Resolution No. 3764 – (First Reading) A Resolution Levying and Assessing a Tax to Defray the Cost of Solid Waste Services for the City of Havre, Montana for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018.

7. Adoption of Fiscal Year 2018 Preliminary Budget and setting public budget hearing.

8. Consideration Confirmation of Probationary Officer Rachel Cotton as a patrol officer with the Havre Police Department.
