Officers investigated after a 14th Street West caller reported Wednesday at 11:12 a.m. that her neighbor’s dog attacked her dog.

Officers investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital employee reported Wednesday at 1:36 p.m. that a patient was in the emergency room after being bitten by a dog.

Officers investigated after a Havre area caller reported Wednesday at 4:42 p.m. that his brother-in-law’s storage unit was being broken into.

Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Wednesday at 10:29 p.m. that a theft had taken place.

Benny Bill Miller of Havre, 49, was arrested on a partner or family member assault after a caller at a First Street establishment at 11:16 p.m. Wednesday reported an assault.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Shayla Lyn Bacon of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 10:27 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated after a caller near the viaduct reported Wednesday at 10:20 a.m. that they found an old six-shooter pistol while fishing.

Deputies investigated after an 11th Street North caller reported this morning at 4:45 that his neighbor, who had stolen from him before, came in and passed out on his couch.

Emergency medical personnel and fire crews did not have to respond to any calls Wednesday.

The animal shelter held this morning one long- haired, three medium-haired, two short-haired and two Siamese cats.
