Frontier women as deep as it's ever been

League play resumes next week, and while the Skylights and Battlin' Bears are two of the top teams in the Frontier, there is no such thing as a bad team in the league this season.

When summing up Frontier Conference women's basketball, it's pretty easy - the league is loaded. Period.

For years now, the Frontier has been as good as it gets in NAIA women's basketball, and just last March, three Frontier squads went as far as the NAIA Sweet 16, while one, Lewis-Clark State, went all the way to The Final Four.

And while the Warriors are loaded for another run this season, once again, the Frontier will be a dogfight. As league play starts for good, four teams are ranked in the Top 25, and as many as six probably should be. No Frontier squad finished non-conference play...
