Officers issued warrants and arrested Matthew Allen Bell of Havre, 35, on two Justice or City court warrants Friday at 8:30 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Victorri Faith Rosette of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a 15th Avenue caller reported Friday at 2:12 p.m. that her neighbor had asked her to call the police because someone broke down her door.

Officers arrested Lance Udell Stump of Box Elder, 30, on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 4:36 a.m. that a man was pounding on her back door.

Officers investigated after a 17th Street West caller requested Saturday at 6:03 a.m. to speak to an officer about her daughter.

Officers investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 East business caller reported Saturday at 8:57 a.m. that there was a nice bike near the east entrance.

Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 11:15 a.m. that someone had written a bad check.

Officers arrested Bonnie Meyers of Box Elder, 59, on a shoplifting charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 12:05 p.m. that a shoplifter was in custody.

Officers issued a summons to Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 23, on a theft charge after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 12:29 p.m. that a package had been stolen from the door and was located at a pawn shop.

Officers arrested Sheldon Joseph Flying of Havre, 48, on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license during a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 12:36 p.m. on Third Avenue.

Animal control officers investigated after a Sixth Street caller reported Saturday at 12:38 p.m. that one of her dogs bit someone.

Officers arrested Samuel Roastingstick of Box Elder, 48, on three Justice or City court warrants after a First Street establishment caller reported Saturday at 10:40 p.m. that there was an unconscious man who wouldn’t wake up.

Officers investigated after a caller of a First Street West establishment reported Sunday at 12:32 a.m. that someone had caused damage to her car.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported today at 12:56 a.m. that a female needed somewhere to go.

Deputies investigated after a First Street Southeast caller requested Saturday at 11:37 p.m. to speak to an officer about his landlord.

Deputies arrested Dorothy Deann Seminole of Box Elder, 39, on charges of shoplifting and criminal trespass to property after a U.S Highway 2 West business caller reported Saturday at 12:38 p.m. that there was a female shoplifter.

Officers issued a summons to a 16-year-old on a criminal mischief charge after a 33rd Avenue West caller reported a vandalism incident Sunday  at 11:31 a.m.

Officers arrested Eric Lee Ambler of Havre, 41, on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 10:29 p.m. in the parking lot of a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Medical crews responded to two calls Friday, five Saturday and four sunday.

Fire crews responded to the 800 Block of First Street Saturday at 1:35 p.m. where shower steam had triggered a fire alarm. The alarm was reset and no further action was necessary.

Fire crews responded to the 600 Block of Seventh Avenue Saturday at 8:29 p.m. where smoke from burned food set off the fire alarm. The alarm was reset and no further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired and three short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a female Labrador retriever, a male American bulldog-pit bull terrier, a female pit bull terrier-spaniel mix, a male terrier, a female wire-haired pointing griffon-golden retriever and a male border collie.
