Local News - Concert Sunday set to raise funds for Donaldson Hall restoration

A concert featuring country music artist John King with Plowed Under is set for 7 p.m. Sunday at the Armory Gymnasium as a fundraiser for Montana State University-Northern’s Donaldson Hall Restoration Project.

King is an emerging country artist whose debut single “Tonight Tonight” became a Top 40 hit and was used to highlight CBS network’s Thursday night football for the 2014 season, a release for the concert says. King has signed with Sony/ATV Nashville, the release says, and is currently on tour with his recent music releases.

Tickets are on sale for $20 at Northern’s Student Union Building or at the door. For more information, people can call the SUB at 265-3732.
