Havre Police Department

A vehicle rollover was reported by U.S. Border Patrol Wednesday at 6:16 a.m.

A vehicle crash was reported on Fourth Avenue Wednesday at 8 a.m.

--

A 12th Avenue caller reported a vehicle crash at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday.

--

Someone at the police station Wednesday at 9:02 a.m. asked to speak with an officer, and the issue was referred to another agency.

--

Officers investigated a Havre area complaint made Wednesday at 10:03 a.m.

--

At 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, Cypress Drive caller reported a suspicious Facebook message.

Charles Glynn Plante of Havre, 41, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Seventh Avenue caller asked to have her brother-in-law removed from the house.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Jonah Colby Walker of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 5 p.m. Walker was also charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia during intake at 6:40 p.m. at the detention center.

Wednesday at 9:46 p.m. caller on County Road 830 Northwest said they needed a tow truck to help get a vehicle out of a snow drift.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday and one call Wednesday.

Firefighters responded to an alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday. The alarm was triggered because the breaker had been turned off the and the backup battery had died. The breaker was reset.

Firefighters were out in a truck and responded to a 3:07 p.m. request Wednesday for a lift assist at a vehicle on the 10 Block of 13th Street.

Firefighters responded Wednesday at 7:09 p.m. to an alarm on the 2300 Block of Fifth Avenue. The alarm was malfunctioning so was disconnected until maintenance could repair the problem.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair 7-month-old kittens, one long-hair 10-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, three medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat, one medium-hair female 11-week-old kitten, one short-hair male cat and one short-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning a female mixed-breed dog, a male Rottweiler-German shepherd dog, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 14-week-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-Australian shepherd dog, two male pit bull terrier dogs and a male mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy.

Births

A boy was born Monday, March 4, 2019, to Allie Sunchild and Cody Mattfeldt of Havre.

A girl was born Tuesday, March 5, 2019, to Alexia Stingley and Sean Johnson of Havre.
