Salvation Army welcomed back with open arms

Dozens of Havreites gathered outside Sally Ann's Salvation Army Thrift Store in the wind and rain Friday morning to be some of the first shoppers at the newly renovated second-hand store.

After a brief ribbon cutting ceremony led by Salvation Army Northwest Division General Secretary Capt. Jonathan Harvey and Havre store manager Carissa Minnick, the updated store was packed with eager shoppers.
