Havre Police Department

Isaac Alexander Chapa of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue Friday at 8:32 a.m.

A Havre area caller reported Friday at 10:24 a.m. that an air conditioner was stolen.

--

Officers made an arrest at the police station Friday at 2:01 p.m., but no details were provided on the charges.

Russell Clifford Cooper of Havre, 49, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at Child and Family Services reported Friday at 2:26 p.m. that a man wearing an orange and black coat ran after her in the alley.

Scott Edward Dion of Havre, 61, was arrested on charges of tampering with witnesses and informants, bribery compounding a felony and solicitation, during a vehicle stop on 14th Avenue Friday at 4:45 p.m. Dion was listed on the Saturday jail roster as only being charged with felony tampering with a witness.

Julia Victoria Mills of Malta, 32, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and three counts of violation of child restraint, after a caller on First Street West reported three unrestrained minors in a car at 5:19 p.m. Friday.

Brittany Jae Grant of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver's license and violation of child restraint after a caller reported a traffic complaint Friday at 5:51 p.m.

A 13th Street West caller reported vandalism at 10:36 a.m. Saturday.

--

A Sixth Street caller reported a burglary Saturday at 10:47 a.m.

--

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported on 13th Avenue Saturday at 12:26 p.m.

Anthony James Corcoran of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a 5:07 p.m. Saturday caller at Pepin Park reported a man with his pants down.

A Washington Avenue caller reported Saturday at 5:38 p.m. that some packages were stolen.

Frank Merle Skinner III of Harlem, 35, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and open container in city and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a Second Street business reported an intoxicate male Friday at 7:48 p.m.

Officers investigated a noise complaint on Ninth Avenue at 11:22 p.m. Saturday.

--

A Second Street West caller reported a missing boy at 12:10 a.m. Sunday.

--

A caller at a First Street West business reported a man asking people for money at 3:04 a.m. Sunday.

--

A caller on First Street reported a prior hit-and-run crash involving a semitractor-trailer and a parked car Sunday at 6:27 p.m.

--

Officers assisted emergency medical personnel on 10th Street West Sunday at 3:58 p.m.

Kyle Andrew Surber of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on an assault charge after a caller reported Sunday at 6 p.m. that a friend hit him in the face for being late to softball practice.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an 11th Avenue caller reported a possible dispute between a man and a woman Sunday at 6:09 p.m.

Sunday at 7:49 p.m., a Grant Avenue caller reported BB gun shots damaged a vehicle window.

--

Troy Tyler Tsosie of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of theft, after a First Avenue business caller reported Sunday at 9:36 p.m. that men were trying to leave without paying for their meals.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a Lincoln Avenue caller reported at 12:13 a.m. today seeing a wanted man.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

James Cole Russette of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Fabian Joel Saddler Jr. of Rocky Boy, 20, was arrested on a state District Court warrant, after deputies picked up inmates from Rocky Boy Police Department and escorted them to Hill County Detention Center Friday at 12:03 p.m.

Deputies were called Friday at 8:19 p.m. to U.S. Highway 2 West business to investigate a theft, forgery or fraud.

Deputies served a warrant on a detention center inmate Sunday at 7:01 a.m., but no details were provided on the warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, seven Saturday, two Sunday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one 13-week-old medium hair kitten and a medium-hair 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. An additional four cats were being held for the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog and a female mixed-breed 7-month-old puppy.
