Havre High puts on a strong showing against Class AA volleyball powers
Kinsey Adkins and the Havre High volleyball team placed third at this weekend's Electric City Classic in Great Falls. The Ponies beat Bozeman in the consolation match of the consolation bracket Saturday afternoon. Havre is home Thursday to host the Conrad Cowgirls.
The Havre High volleyball team had a great weekend at the Electric City Classic in Great Falls.
The Blue Ponies played many different Class AA teams throughout pool play and the tournament, taking third place in the Saturday consolation tournament bracket.
Havre head coach Tamecia Jarvis was pleased with the results of the weekend.
"The girls played well," said Jarvis. "They (opponents) are AA schools, so they performed very well."
Havre split with some teams in the pool play in the tournament, but overall had a very proud performance among the Class AA elite.
