Havre's Blakye Fuzesy competed at the Elks State Hoop Shoot in Livingston earlier this month. Fuzesy, who went 16-of-25 at the local competition back in November and 16-of-25 at districts in December, made 17-of-25 free throws representing Havre Elks Lodge at the state hoop shoot.
