From the Courts - State District Court: Man sentenced to probation for violating conditions on drug sentence

Jordan James Normandy had his deferred imposition of sentence revoked in state District Court in Havre and was resentenced to two years of probation after he previously admitted violations of his conditions of release on a sentence for possession of methamphetamine.

Normandy was charged Oct 23. 2018, with criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, when officers found a bindle of meth on him while he was being booked into the Hill County Detention Center March 19, 2017.

He pleaded guilty in a plea agreement July 9, 2019, and state District Judge John Oldenburg imposed a two-year deferred...
