This time a year ago, golf courses were operating under many COVID-19 healthy and safety protocols. Much has changed in a year though and golf this summer should be very normal.
The weather is taking an ugly turn and you all can blame me. I started up the golf column last week, and since then, there hasn't been very many pleasant golf days.
Still, I'm happy to be writing the local golf report again, and, we all know, we're going to have some rough weather days even as we get the clubs out and start swinging again.
Still, golf is back, and it's exciting. It seemed like it was a long winter yet again, and I would be pretty naive to think the coronavirus had a little, or a lot, something to do with how long and dark the winter was. And while it's no doubt still going to...
