A caller with a Havre business reported Monday at 8 a.m. that an excavator had been stolen from First Street.

Alfred James Chandler of Havre, 62, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no-contact order, after an 11th Street West caller made a complaint about a violation Monday at 8:20 a.m.

Three summonses were issued after a caller at Havre High School reported juvenile status offenses Monday at 12:52 p.m.

Officers assisted with a medical call Monday at 3:35 p.m. on 10th Street West.
