Havre Police Department

A caller reported vandalism of a picnic table at US Bank Park on 11th Street West Tuesday at 4:06 p.m.

A possible identity theft issue was reported Tuesday at 4:19 p.m. on 16th Street.

An a arrest was made after a caller on First Street reported a man stumbling into traffic. No details on the charges were provided.

Enrique Sanchez Guerrero of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, and Lateisha Ganuelas of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and violation of a no contact order and on a Justice or City court warrant after dispatch reported a 911 call from Seventh Street with yelling and banging in the background.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and two 10-month-old kittens all of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, five male cats and two female cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male 7-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 9-month-old St. Bernard puppy, a female Labrador retriever, a male 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 25-week-old shar pei puppy, a male Labrador retriever and a female mixed-breed dog. Two male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies were being held in foster care.
