Havre's Hailey Gingery runs at the Havre Invitational last year at Prairie Farms Golf Course. This Saturday, the Havre High cross country teams will once again host the Havre Invitational where they will run against Fort Benton, Glasgow, Harlem and many other teams.
One of the downsides for the high school cross country season is that teams do not get to compete at home too often. So the Havre High cross country teams are lucky that they get to host a meet this Saturday with the Havre Invitational at Prairie Farms Golf Course.
With a home meet, the Blue Ponies will be afforded several advantages. For one, they will get to sleep in their own beds before getting up for the meet.
