Havre Police Department

A First Street caller reported Friday at 11:41 a.m. that someone had vandalized their truck during the night.

A caller at a First Street business reported at 3:27 p.m. Friday that a woman had stolen a variety of items and then left.

--

A Friday 3:33 p.m. caller on Oak Drive reported that a family member broke into the house and took some items.

--

A Third Street caller reported Friday at 4:47 p.m. that someone may have stolen a package.

--

Friday at 4:48 p.m. a Montana Highway Patrol trooper turned in a phone that someone had found in the road on the south end of town and then turned in to him.

Everett Dale Windyboy Jr. of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a First Street West caller reported that someone was passed out Friday at 5:56 p.m. on one of the caller's flatbed trailers.

A 14th Street caller reported at 7:01 p.m. Friday finding a planter in their flower bed.

--

A 10:38 p.m. Friday caller at a First Street business reported that a customer had property stolen from them.

Alejandro Jose Isidor of Havre, 24, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and a charge of disorderly conduct after a disturbance was reported on First Street.

Joshua Robert Graham of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver's license, expired registration, seat belt violation and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance after a vehicle stop on 16th Avenue at 2:05 a.m. Saturday.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at 3:50 a.m. Saturday reported that people were shooting off fireworks at the softball complex south of Havre and an officer at 3:55 a.m. pulled over the vehicle that matched the description provided by the caller.

A stolen phone was reported Saturday at 7:05 a.m. on Second Street Northeast.

--

A 24/7 Sobriety Program violation was reported at 8 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

--

A possible baggie with drugs was reported at a First Street establishment Saturday at 9:49 a.m.

--

A caller reported vandalism with spray paint on a First Street business at 10:05 a.m. Saturday.

--

Alex Earl Belgarde of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and Jayme Rae Crawford of Box Elder, 47, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and attempt and on a Justice or City court warrant after two people were reported shoplifting Saturday at 10:40 a.m.

--

Officers investigated a suspicious 911 call from Ninth Avenue received at 5:09 a.m. Sunday, and the caller reported at 6:08 a.m. that the man had returned and pulled the caller's hair.

Lakota Cree Shields of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault causing reasonable apprehension after a disturbance was reported on Second Street Northeast Sunday at 6:55 a.m.

A gas theft was reported on First Street at 12:29 p.m. Sunday.

Amari Love Longknife of Havre, 18, was arrested at the police station Sunday at 4:23 p.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A 16-year-old Havre boy was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, minor in possession and driving without a driver's license after a panic alarm was activated at a First Street business Monday at 1:42 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 10:16 a.m.

Raymond William Campbell of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Saturday at 1:15 a.m. at a Third Street North establishment.

Jeremy Lucas Walker of Havre, 40, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after callers reported at 3:49 p.m. Saturday hearing and argument next door and then seeing a vehicle leave the location.

--

William James Gopher of Havre, 48, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a Sunday 7:57 a.m. caller reported seeing a man wearing a red towel walking northbound from Laredo on U.S. Highway 87.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, two calls Saturday and one call Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two 21-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, six male cats, two female cats and two 11-week-old kittens. Additionally, two 13-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held five female dogs, two male dogs and six puppies from 16 weeks to 7 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
