The Havre High cross country teams ran the Mountain West Classic in Missoula this past weekend. With over 60 schools competing in the meet, the HHS girls took 37th while the HHS boys finished 47th.
This past Saturday in Missoula, the Havre High cross country teams competed in the Mountain West Classic. At the University of Montana Golf Course, the Blue Ponies ran against over 60 other schools. With such a dense field, the HHS girls team took 37th while HHS boys team finished 47th.
The HHS girls team scored 1,001 points to finish 37th. Gallatin won the girls meet with 123 points while Bozeman took second and Hardin took third. With so many runners and teams competing in the race, runners on the HHS girls team had trouble separating themselves from the pack.
