    Montana Highway Patrol reported a woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash Thursday night on Buttercup and Laredo roads on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation. Hill County Sheriff and Coroner Jamie Ross said the name of the victim is being withheld until the family is notified.     Snow Dance Ski Association has reopened the Bear Paw Winter Sports Store this year, providing skis, snowboards, equipment and other items for the public.     Havre Salvation Army is a third of the way to it’s goal Monday, half-way through its annual Red Kettle Campaign. Havre Salvation Army Social Services Director Trina Crawford said that the Red Kettle Campaign has raised $10,563.47 of its $32,000 goal.
