    The local Knights of Columbus are helping children get through the cold weather this year, giving coats to children who need them. Frank LaTray, district deputy for for Havre-based Knights of Columbus Council 1644, said this year the Knights are focusing on teens, providing coats made for Knights of Columbus by Burlington, formerly known as Burlington Coat Factor, which the local council purchased to give away.     The Harlem Airmen Memorial Committee dedicated a new bridge at Harlem Centennial Park to the 13 airmen who died in the skies over Blaine County 30 years ago in a tragic training crash.     While most signs supporting political candidates in the area have come down since the midterm elections earlier this month, any left up are now in violation of Montana State Law and are required to come down. Montana law requires that political signs endorsing specific candidates must be removed within 14 days of the conclusion of the relevant election, a deadline that was reached last week.
