    Havreite and Montana delegate Brad Lotton was among those at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland Tuesday who cast the votes that officially made Donald Trump the party’s nominee for president.     A storm brought rain and high winds to the area Tuesday night, with some people reporting hearing a warning siren that officials say should not have gone off. Dave Sheppard, Hill County Disaster Emergency Services coordinator, said the siren going off may have been the result of a glitch.     The fairgrounds were humming with activity Tuesday as preparations continued for the annual Great Northern Fair. Crews were erecting tents, setting up displays and getting the seating area ready for fairgoers to eat carnival food.
