    Additional cases confirmed of COVID-19 led to a complete lockdown at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation Friday, effective through today, and has led to some confusion on the state reporting map.     Blaine County Fair is still set for Thursday, Aug. 13 through Sunday, Aug. 16, but with a few cancellations and changes.     Cameron James Eagleman was sentenced to the state Department of Corrections for five years in a plea agreement on a series of charges including assault.
