    The Hill County Commission held its second public meeting on a proposed 3 percent tax on marijuana products sold in the county, a tax that would need to be approved by voters in the upcoming election.     Havre Daily News staff The unofficial results of the Business Committee primary election at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, pending canvassing, have been released on the Chippewa Cree Tribe Facebook Page.
