    Havre Salvation Army is putting out a call for donations as they remain well short of their funding goal for this year, jeopardizing their ability to provide for the area’s needs in the coming year. “Red Kettle donations permit The Salvation Army to meet the urgent needs of thousands of families who will not have Christmas this year without your help,” a press release from the organization said.     Water main breaks in Havre have been repaired, and no new ones were reported over the weekend. Late Thursday afternoon, Havre Public Works announced in a release sent out at 4:59 p.m. that it was dealing with a water break on the 1800 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East, in the area of Pacific Recycling as well as another break in the Carpenter Park area of town.
