The event kicked off Friday night with all teams in action and many fans in attendance. It wrapped up Sunday afternoon with the two championship games. Kids bowl free. Yes kids may bowl free from June 1 till Aug. 31. All they have to do is come out and pick up a card to register on line and they may bowl two games free everyday that we are open. The golf season certainly kicked into high gear this past week. That's because the first hole-in-one of the spring has now been recorded. On Wednesday night, during men's league at Prairie Farms, Havre's Ric Floren recorded an ace on the par-3 4th hole. Floren made the shot with a 9-iron from 138 yards out. Hi-Line Lanes is participating in a new bowling 2.0 program. It is a four week program beginning in early August and running for four weeks. The program is for seasoned bowlers as well as beginners. For the second straight season, Havre rodeo standout Josh Granell has qualified for the Montana PRCA Circuit Finals. Granell finished the regular season 8th in the PRCA steer wrestling standings, which means he'll compete at this weekend's finals in Great Falls.
