The Montana Department of Transportation is looking for comments on three projects proposed in north-central Montana, with a total construction cost of about $14 million.
The draft Statewide Transportation Improvement Program recently released by MDT include a project about 25 miles north of Havre, reconstructing nine miles of State Road 233 at a cost estimated at more than $6 million.
Another project would recycle and resurface 9.3 miles of U.S. Highway 2 from the Hill County line east, at an estimated cost of about $3 million.
