TILLIE C. KELLAR, Obituary

Tillie C. Kellar, 87, died Monday, Sept. 2, 2002, at a home in Kalispell.

A prayer vigil will be held at 8 p.m. on Wednesday and the funeral will be Thursday 10 a.m., both at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Havre.

Born Ottilia Caroline Fisher on Oct. 15, 1914, to Joseph and Theresa (Burkhartsmeyer) Fisher in Strausberg, N.D., she grew up and was educated in the farming community of Goldstone north of Rudyard.

Tillie married Earl Raymond Kellar on Feb. 18, 1938, at Goldstone and they lived in Cedar Falls, Iowa, Lavina, and Joplin, where Earl was a teacher and a coach. Later the family relocated t...
