Boys golf tied for third at Flat-Fish

The Havre High boys golf team is tied for third going into today's final round of the Flat-Fish Open. The Pony boys fired a team score of 317 on the Whitefish Lake Golf Club's South Course to fall into a tie with host Whitefish. The Ponies are just nine strokes off of tournament leader CMR.

"I was very pleased with the boys today," said head coach Keith Evenson. "At first I was upset when I started getting our scores back, but when I saw them in comparison to other scores, I was pretty happy."

Chazz Hurlburt led the Ponies with a 78, which left him tied for seventh. While no other boys cracked...
