Hardin woman says Hilton bounced $1,000 check

A Hardin business owner said she's finding it hard to be angry with American Police Force founder Michael Hilton, despite the fact that a check he wrote to her bed and breakfast bounced. Marcianna Smith said Hilton wrote Kendrick House Inn a check for about $1,000, but when she cashed it, it was returned with "account frozen" stamped on it. Hilton has used numerous aliases, spent time in prison in California in the 1990s, has a history of fraudulent dealings and has at least $1.1 million in outstanding civil judgments against him. Sti...
