Businesses don't like license proposal

The fact that only two businesses have registered with the "Planning and Development Committee" seems to indicate that most of the business owners in Havre are simply not interested in the plan.

Perhaps the City Council members should busy themselves with something more productive, and beneficial to the people who elected them, and let this attempt at power and control fade quietly away.
