St. Pierre pleads guilty in stabbing

A Box Elder resident has pleaded guilty in U. S. District Court in Great Falls to a charge stemming from a brutal stabbing attack June 19, 2010.

Thompson Densmore St. Pierre, 21, pleaded guilty Thursday to assault with a dangerous weapon, according to a release from the U. S. Attorney for Montana.

St. Pierre faces up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release when he is sentenced Jan. 26. He is in custody.
