Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:50 a.m. Monday call from 6th Avenue about the calling party stating some friends stayed with her over the weekend and someone stole gas out of their rental car and tried to pry the trunk open.


Officers investigated an 11:02 a.m. Monday call from Smithville Road about the theft of some scaffolding in the last two weeks.


Officers investigated an 11:28 a.m. Monday call from 4th Avenue about a vehicular hit and run.


Officers investigated a 3:05 p.m. Monday call from Havre Middle School about vandalism at the track field.


Officers investigated a 3:08 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street West business about assisting Fort Belknap Police Department in recovering property.


Andrea Rose Eagleman, 36, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 4:17 p.m. Monday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a woman who needed a ride home.


Jodi Marie Werk, 27, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to her at 7:52 p.m. Monday on 2nd Street Northeast.


Officers investigated an 8:11 p.m. Monday call from McKinley Avenue about a found set of keys with two house keys, a Chevrolet vehicle key and a key chain.


Walter Dale Janson, 57, of Havre was arrested on disorderly conduct after an officer initiated an investigation of suspicious activity at 4:32 this morning on 4th Avenue West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and two this morning.


A boy was born to Melanie and Joe Sohm of Kremlin June 30, 2014.
