Officers investigated a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash after responding to a 7:56 a.m. Wednesday call from 4th Avenue.

Officers investigated an 8:23 a.m. Wednesday call from 7th Avenue about a vehicle sliding into a parked car.

Anthony Scott Lucas, 23, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of driving with no insurance and with expired registration during a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a 12:16 p.m. Wednesday call from 8th Avenue about a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle accident.

Officers investigated a 3:49 p.m. Wednesday call from 10th Avenue about the calling party’s daughter being assaulted at the bus stop by Carpenter Park.

Officers made two arrests after responded to a 6:03 p.m. Wednesday call from 7th Avenue about the calling party’s landlord coming into her house, ripping her phone out of her hand and breaking it. No other information was given

Shelli Nicole Sayers, 34, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 9:41 p.m. Wednesday call from Wilson Avenue about a woman released on conditions who was consuming alcohol.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Veronica Mae Moccasin, 27, of Hays was served a state District Court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and one this morning.

Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a male black and white husky, a female calico cat, a male black cat and a male blackish-gray small mixed-breed dog.
