Sunny Rae Ramirez, 34, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, violation of child restraint and driving with no insurance after officers responded to a 4:52 p.m. Thursday call from 2nd Street about a red car with a 1-year-old child with no car seat.

Officers investigated a 5:25 p.m. Thursday call from 10th Avenue about a noninjury motor vehicle crash between a brown Tahoe and white Cadillac.

An officer was approached at a 1st Street business by someone who found a cellphone at 8:06 p.m. Thursday.

Officers investigated an 8:42 p.m. Thursday call from the Boys & Girls Club about vandalism to freshly poured concrete.

J. Anthony Nusbaum, 23, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant for a felony after officers responded to a 3:13 a.m. call this morning about a vehicle following the calling party on U.S. Highway 2.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 9:15 a.m. Thursday call from 2nd Avenue West in Inverness about the calling party’s neighbor threatening to kill him and the deputies gave a written or verbal warning.

Deputies investigated a 7:14 p.m. Thursday call from 2nd Avenue West in Inverness about the calling party’s neighbor shooting at something.
