The narrative for the dispatch log says that the complainant reported his ex-girlfriend's best friend is following him and is taking pictures of him. Right after this, the involved party came in to complain that the original complainant is following her.

Officers investigated a report made from 16th Street West Monday at 1:11 p.m. that two small children in diapers were outside alone.

Officers issued a summons at Havre High School after a caller reported a student with alcohol and tobacco Monday at 2:48 p.m. No further information was provided.

Crystal Rae Bear, 43, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant when it was served to her Monday at 10:10 p.m. on 2nd Street.

Natasha Rose Lohman, 24, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant which was served to her Monday at 10:37 p.m. at a 1st Street business.

Robert Lane Waltee Jr., 46, of Chinook was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault and arrested on a charge of assault, after a 10:53 p.m. Monday report of a disturbance on 11th Street West and a subsequent report at 11:27 p.m. by a Hill County Sheriff’s Office deputy assisting with the situation.

Landin John Gwynn, 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, probation violation and criminal contempt after an 11:40 p.m. Monday report from 3rd Street of a domestic disturbance.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a Monday 8:12 a.m. report of vandalism on U.S. Highway 2 North.

Deputies assisted another agency on a 3rd Street West disturbance call Monday at 11:46 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and two calls today.
