Vicki Lynn Simonson, 50, of Havre was arrested Wednesday at 7:10 a.m. at the police station for a violation of conditions of release related to the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

Officers investigated a theft on Jefferson Avenue after a caller reported Wednesday at 9:56 a.m. that items were stolen from a vehicle.

Officers investigated a theft after someone from a Wilson Av e n u e a d d r e s s c a l l e d Wednesday at 10:32 a.m. to report that a vehicle had been broken into.

Officers investigated a theft after someone from a 5th Street address called Wednesday at 3:11 p.m. to report that a 2003 Ford Winstar had been broken into.

A two-vehicle motor vehicle crash that took place on 1st Street West was investigated after someone reported it Wednesday at 3:13 p.m.

After someone from a 1st Street West address reported on Wednesday at 6:57 p.m. a “fight outside.” Chiazza Shai Tsosie, 19, of Box Elder and Lejonna Lynnette Tsosie, 23, of Box Elder were each arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft after someone from Road 6 North in Hngham caled Wednesday at 10:27 a.m. to report stolen farm equipment.

Deputies arrested David Brandon Abruzzo, 36, of Eaton, Ohio, on a charge of criminal trespass after someone from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Wednesday at 12:07 p.m. that a male needed to be removed.

Havre Fire Department

Fire crews responded to a call on the 800 Block of 17th Street Wednesday at 8:07 a.m., where a carbon monoxide detect o r s h o w e d “ e r r o r. ” NorthWestern Energy diagnosed the detector as faulty.

Fire crews responded to a call on the 1800 Block of 2nd Street Wednesday at 9:37 a.m., where a carbon monoxide detector went off. The furnace was looked into before the detector was diagnosed as faulty.

Fire and medical crews responded to a call Thursday at 1:02 p.m. on Clear Creek Road after someone was feeling ill and reported a possible gas leak. Further investigating revealed no gas leaks. No further action was necessary.
