Man on $200,000 bond on knife threat case

A man is in the Hill County Detention Center on more than $200,000 bond after he allegedly put a knife against someone’s throat after she refused to not tickle his back, while he was already out on bond on another assault charge.

Raistlen Katka, born in 1992, is charged with a partner of family member assault, his third, assault with a weapon and partner or family member assault — violation of contact order.

He was in jail this morning on $100,000 bond for the new charges and $100,000 for allegations of violating conditions of his release, as well as more than $1,500 on Montana Highwa...
