Officers investigated after a caller near 11th Street and Fifth Avenue reported Friday at 12:06 a.m. that something went wrong with his vehicle and he drove into someone’s yard.

Officers investigated after a Third Street business caller reported Friday at 12:30 p.m. that someone wrote a fraudulent check.

Officers investigated Friday at 8:10 p.m. a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers arrested Memorie Chante Clark of Havre, 37, on a drug court hold charge Friday at 9:37 p.m. on Ninth Avenue.

Officers investigated after a 14th Street caller reported Saturday at 2:09 a.m. that there was a disturbance with his ex-girlfriend.

Officers issued a 17-year-old a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after someone spoke to an officer about her son staying out past curfew.

Officers issued a summons to Megan Bradley of Havre, 30, on an endangering the welfare of children charge during a motor vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 2:29 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Third Street caller Saturday at 4:48 p.m. asked for assistance on behalf of a friend to have drugs removed from a property.

Officers arrested Lakotah Jae Oats of Box Elder, 29, on charges of possession with intent to sell, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass to property after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 6:41 p.m. that someone had trespassed.

Officers investigated after a Third Street caller said Saturday at 9:32 p.m. that she would like an officer to come and get drug-related items she had found.

Officers arrested Sheena Brianne McCarthy of Havre, 36, on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property, resisting arrest and violations of conditions release after a First Street establishment caller reported Saturday at 11:49 p.m. that a woman kept coming into the bar and harassing people.

Officers issued a summons to a 14-year-old on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a 10th Street West caller reported Sunday at 1:17 a.m. that a girl hadn’t come home yet.

Officers issued a summons to a 17-year-old on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 3:05 a.m. that her son was out past curfew.

Officers investigated after a Third Avenue caller reported Sunday at 8:58 a.m. that two vehicles had collided. No one was reported hurt.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a Second Street caller reported Sunday at 11:53 a.m. that a GMC pickup truck was involved in a hit and run.

Officers issued a summons to Clayton Blade White of Havre, 22, on a theft charge Sunday at 1:48 p.m related to a gas drive off from an 11th Street West business.

Officers investigated after a 10th Street West caller reported suspicious activity Sunday at 6:27 p.m.

Officers issued a summons to a 17-year-old on a charge of minor in possession after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 9:27 p.m. that his daughter was drunk and he didn’t want her there anymore.

Officers issued a summons to Adrian T. Chiefstick of Box Elder, 35, on a criminal mischief charge after a Second Street caller reported Sunday at 10:38 p.m. that a man broke out a picture window.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported Friday at 2:24 p.m. that someone was shoplifting.

Deputies arrested David Richard Place of Rudyard, 49, on a charge of partner of misdemeanor family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from Second Street Northwest in Rudyard reported Friday at 2:57 p.m. that a neighbor pointed a gun at her son. After arriving on the scene deputies found someone had been shot with a pellet gun in the hip. Everyone involved said it was an accident. Deputies arrested the man allegedly responsible for shooting someone with a pellet gun.

Deputies issued two summonses after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Friday at 8:02 p.m. that there were two shoplifters in the store. Tylanna Rochelle Adams of Harlem, 20, and Tanika Rose Lawrence of Harlem, 23, were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge.

Deputies issued a summons to Jamie Jaymes of Havre, 22, on a theft charge after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Saturday at 11:14 a.m. that a theft had happened.

Deputies arrested Nicolette Lailoni Windyboy of Box Elder, 37, on a charge of shoplifting and on three Justice or City court warrants after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Saturday at 1:47 p.m a shoplifter.

Deputies investigated after a Road 120 North caller reported Saturday at 6:19 p.m. a theft or forgery or fraud.

Deputies arrested Shawn Joseph Saddler Sr. of Rocky Boy, 51, on five Justice or City court warrants after a Main Street, Box Elder caller made a complaint Saturday at 8:11 p.m.

Deputies investigated after a North Havre caller reported Sunday at 1:40 p.m. a sex offense.

Deputies investigated after a Laredo Road caller reported today at 12:38 a.m. an assault. No further information was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Medical crews responded to three calls Friday, six calls Saturday, three Sunday and one today.

——

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 9:22 a.m. at the 800 Block of Fourth Street to what turned out to be a false alarm. No further action was needed.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired, one long-haired and two short-haired cats.

——

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd a male and a female Labrador retriever, and a female Australian shepherd-border collie mix dogs.

Births

A boy was born Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, to Raani Huntley and Alan Doney of Fort Belknap.
