Benefit set for Eagles Club manager

Tom Farnham stands behind food cooked in the Havre Eagles Club for the annual Community Christmas Dinner. A benefiit for Farnham to help with medical expenses is scheduled for Saturday at the Eagles.

A benefit and auction will be held Saturday evening for long-time Havre Eagles Club Manager Tom Farnham, who had been at a rehabilitation center in Great Falls.

Farnham who is known for having organized many fundraising events for other Havre residents and organizations at the Eagles club, fell while on his way to work and hit his head on the pavement.

A brain hemorrhage was detected by a CT scan at Northern Montana Hospital and Farnham was airlifted to Benefis Hospital in Great Falls. He then was treated at a rehabilitation center where he worked on his motor skills and walking again; he...
