Havre Police Department

A caller reported a vehicle crash at Third Avenue and 10th Street between a four-door buick and an SUV Friday at 1:43 p.m.

A vehicle crash at 13th Street and 5th Avenue was reported at 2:16 p.m. Friday.

--

Sharon Lee Parsons of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street West business reported Friday at 4:31 p.m. a belligerent woman needed removed.

Jobe Jacob Barrows of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession, and Autumn Gray Boy of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of unlawful transactions with children, after a caller at 11:40 p.m. Friday reported suspicious vehicles at a business on Boulevard Avenue.

A caller at an 11th Street West business reported a gas drive-off Saturday at 12:53 a.m.

Melissa Dawn Litzinger of Havre, 39, was issued a summons on charges of failing to give notice an an accident and careless driving, after a caller at 1:06 a.m. Saturday on Second Street reported a hit-and-run crash.

Frederick James Williams of Havre, 58, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and careless driving, after an officer initiated investigation of a vehicle stuck in a snowbank on First Avenue Saturday at 1:46 a.m.

A 10th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 9:35 a.m. the sewer line might be frozen because it is backing up. Havre Public Works was notified.

James Lawrence Daychild of Havre, 46, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after he stopped at the police station Saturday at 11:52 a.m. asking to speak to an officer.

A 3:21 p.m. Saturday caller on First Street Northeast reported harassment and the report was referred to another agency.

--

A man on 13th Avenue asked Saturday at 7:25 p.m. to speak with an officer.

--

James Richard Lowrance of Havre, 28, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Saturday at 8:44 p.m.

Chris Robert Otto of Havre, 42, was arrested on charges of DUI and speeding, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West.

--

A caller at the emergency room reported a dog bite Sunday at 8:58 a.m.

--

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and juvenile curfew violations, a 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations and Morgan Leann Horn of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller on First Street Northeast reported at 12:25 this morning a woman or girl was walking around outside without shoes.

No dispatch log was faxed due to the Presidents' Day holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two long-hair 7-month-old kittens, a medium-hair 6-month-old kitten, one long-hair 9-month-old kitten and two medium-hair cats all of unknown gender, four medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat, one male long-hair cat and one male short-hair cat as well as two cats for its trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning one female mixed-breed dog, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male golden retriever dog, a male border collie dog, a male mixed breed 12-week-old puppy, a male pit bull terrier dog, a male mixed-breed 23-week-old puppy and a male pit bull terrier dog.
