The sun shines through snow in the air, creating a sundog Tuesday over Beaver Creek Park south of Havre. The Hill County Park Board's Grazing and Haying Committee Monday finalized a draft of proposed changes to the ordinance governing those activities on Beaver Creek Park and sent it to the park board for approval before it would go to the Hill County attorney for review. The draft would finally go before the Hill County Commission for final approval.
Editor's note: This version corrects that the committee approved a draft, not an an ordinance, and that the committee is not officially created until the ordinance is changed. It also corrects that the draft goes to the park board first.
