Youth can become a junior ranger on Earth Day

GREAT FALLS — Montana State Parks will host a Junior Ranger Challenge in celebration of Earth Day at Giant Springs State Park Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m. to noon.

All children 15 years of age and younger are invited to Giant Springs State Park for a day of environmental education and activity. With the assistance of onsite park rangers, children will learn information about the park, the state and natural resources. Once the Junior Ranger booklet is complete, every child will receive a Junior Ranger badge, patch and certificate.
