The moon rises over Havre on a cold Sunday night where temperatures dipped to a record minus 18 degrees, according to National Weather Service. Sunday also saw record snowfall in Havre for Nov. 10, 4.7 inches. Over the weekend the Havre area saw a snow storm drop 3 more inches Saturday, short of the record 5.1 inches for that day set in 1902. The weather is expected to moderate with a forecast low of 6 degrees tonight in Havre with highs hitting the 30s throught Thursday and 40s Friday through Sunday.
