The following cases were resolved by Judge Audrey Barger in Hill County Justice Court in May.

Janell Rene Leo, born in 1976, had a charge of truancy misdemeanor dismissed by the prosecution.

Steven Lee Strike, born in 1988, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 138 days credited and 42 suspended, for violation of a no contact order; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended for another 47 counts of violation of a no contact order; and two more counts had no sentence listed.

Zachariah Lee Ambler, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

Anthony Eugene Edmonds, born in 1974, had four counts of partner of family member assault causing no bodily injury, first offense, dismissed by the prosecution.

Kelly Arthur Cruise, born in 1962, had a charge of speeding, exceeding the daytime limit of 70 mph, dismissed by the court.

——

Michael Edward Macdonald, born in 1977, had a charge of speeding, exceeding the daytime limit of 70 mph, dismissed by the court.

Pamela Renee Parks, born in 1979, had a charge of failing to carry proof or vehicle insurance, first offense, dismissed by the court.

Derek Dean Henderson, born in 1980, had a charge of assault dismissed by the prosecution and was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Curtis C. Molina, born in 1996, was fined $500 for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Daniel Vernal Young, born in 1989, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, two days credited and 178 days suspended, for operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense, amended from operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense.

Adrian James Roastingstick, born in 1981, had charges of speeding, exceeding a restricted or special zone speed limit; operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, second offense, and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, all dismissed by the prosecution. In a later case, Roastingstick had charges of seatbelt violation, operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense, dismissed by the prosecution.

Juanita Lucia Recio, born in 1992, fined $20 for seatbelt violation and had a charge of operating a vehicle without liability insurance, third offense, dismissed by the court. In a later case, Recio was fined $250 for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense.

Gordon James Doney Jr., born in 1990, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, second offense.

Aaryn Cantrell, born in 1999, was found guilty of theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense, no fine or sentence listed.

Dyllan J. Murray, born in 2000, was fined $10 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for illegal use of spotlights, etc.

Scott Alan Roberts, born in 1998, was fined $300 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

——

Cory Jay Hilton, born in 1986, was fined $350 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Brookemarie Sutherland, born in 1973, was sentenced to 365 days in jail, four days credited and 361 days suspended, for partner of family member assaul, causing bodily injury, first offense.

Latawna Renae Carrywater, born in 1991, was fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license and fined $350 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Deena Nicole Sunchild, born in 1988, was fined $300 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for deceptive practices less than $1,500, first offense, amended from imposition of sentence for deceptive practices less than $1,500, first offense.

Gloria Jean Little, born in 1957, had a charge of operating a vehicle without liability insurance, third offense, dismissed by the prosecution.

Kaziah Elizabith Ethington, born in 1983, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition for driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Autumn Dawn Wright, born in 1982, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, second offense.

Bobbi Mae Stiffarm, born in 1989, was fined $500 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for theft, obtaining or eserting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Nina Maria Demontiney, born in 1987, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, one day credited and 179 days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle Frank Russette, born in 1994, was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 126 days credited and 239 days suspended, for fleeing or eluding a peace officer and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended for each of two citations, driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Jennifer Sky Cochell, born in 1983, forfeited $250 bond for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance in efffect, first offense.

Dustin Michael Mohar, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Amanda Robinson, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for theft,obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Altie Zoa Ayala, born in 1960, had a charge of deceptive practices less than $1,500, first offense, dismissed by the prosecution.

Mikayla Rose Anderson, born in 2000, was fined $10 each for to citations operating a vehicle on public highways without license plates and operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered; was fined $250 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense; and was fined $250 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Krista Corner, no date of birth provided, was fined $100 for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Donte Simpkins, born in 1991, had a charge of driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, second offense, dismissed by the prosecution.

Kyle Shane Parker, born in 1985, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, no fine or sentence listed.

Kolin Paul Verploegen, born in 2000, was fined $40 for speeding in a 25 mph urban district and was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon T. Gilham, born in 1994, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, three days credited and 177 days suspended, for driving under the influence, first offense, amended from driving under the influence, fist offense; was fined $10 for interfering with traffic while backing; and was fined $50 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Luis Eduardo Esparza-Macias, born in 1992, had charges of DUI, first offense, and stop sign violation dismissed by the prosecution.

Patrick Howard St. Marks, born in 1965, had charges of operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, failing to give notice of accident by quickest means when apparent damage is over $1,000 and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense, displays fictitious, altered, etc. license plates, failure to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage moret han $1,000, and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked dismissed by the prosecution.

Rheannon Plainbull, born in 2000, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one. In a subsequent case, Plainbull was fined $70 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for speeding, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Seth Jayde C. Duran, born in 2001, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and $20 bond for speeding, exceeding the night limit of 65 mph.

Nicholas Lee Peet, born in 19987, had a charge of operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense, dismissed by the court.

——

A boy born in 2003 forfeited $120 bond for speeding, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

——

Arthur Louis Harper, born in 1980, forfeited $120 bond for speeding, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

——

Another 25 citations had only fines of less than $100.
