Agenda - Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees

The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in Havre Middle School.

The agenda for the meeting is:

A. Call to order

1. Pledge of Allegiance

2. Roll call

3. Welcome to visitors

4. Agenda deletions or corrections, and additions allowed by policy, if any

B. New business

1. Review of letters of interest from district employees for interim district superintendent position — Letters are available as public records upon request and at the board meeting. A list of employees who submit letters by the Monday deadline will be posted for public review.

2. Consideration of offering interim superintendent position to district employee. The board may engage in a discussion about interested employees and ask questions of interested employees prior to considering a motion to offer the position. The public will be permitted to comment on the motion prior to the board’s vote on this agenda item.

Public Comment — An opportunity for any member of the audience to bring to the attention of the board questions or relevant comments concerning district matters not on the agenda. The board will not discuss or take action on items not on the agenda, but may refer a matter presented to a future agenda.

1. The next board meeting will be Tuesday, July 14, at 6:30 p.m at Havre Middle School
